We invest in Iberia, with Southern Europe as the broader horizon. We look for established, profitable, founder-led companies at the smaller end of the mid-market, in sectors where ownership is fragmented and no clear leader has emerged.

These are good businesses, often built over a generation, that have reached the limits of what one owner can do alone.

We acquire a platform business and build it through disciplined add-on acquisitions. As the group grows, we professionalise operations, governance and systems.

The aim is a larger, stronger company. Growth through consolidation, not financial engineering.

Three things draw us here. Industrial and services markets remain fragmented. A generation of founders is reaching succession with no obvious buyer. And there is a persistent gap between what small companies and larger ones are worth.

Patient consolidation closes that gap.

We think like owners, because we are owners. We hold for the long term and work in partnership with management. Our partners have run and sold companies themselves.

Decisions are direct and unbureaucratic. The people you meet are the people who decide.
